Help with Material Search/Favorites

Step 1 : When you press the "SEARCH ALL MATERIALS" button on the CUTDATA main window, you will open the window shown below:

Now enter the data that you want to search for, i.e. 1020 in the identifier box. If you wish to Select a Family, Condition, or Process, feel free, it will just narrow your search. For Demonstration purposes, we will use just the Identifier box.

Step 2: Once you input the data press the FIND MATERIALS button. See Picture.

Step 3: Once you have Clicked the FIND MATERIALS button, Highlight the 1020 material with the hardness that you prefer, and click the OK button below the text.

ADD FAVORITES

Within this page you can add favorites to your main screen so that way you don't have to do this search every time you enter the site. This has some easy steps too.

Step 1: Once you have your data highlighted like you have below click the ADD TO FAVORITES button.

Step 2: Once you clicked the ADD TO FAVORITES button, the screen below will appear. Simply type the name that you wish to call the new material in the box that is indicated by the arrow.

Step 3: Since you have typed the name for the material in that box, just click the UPDATE NICKNAME button.

Step 4: Press the CLOSE WINDOW button and this will return you to the main screen where you can notice your change in the Favorites text box.
